Part-Time Psychologist (PsyD) – Ellie Mental Health | Avalon Park, FL

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD ) for a part-time role (10 hours/week) to provide direct therapy services and support our clinical team by reviewing intern notes, providing feedback, and signing off on documentation. This is a flexible, low-hour opportunity ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys mentoring while continuing client-facing work.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI)
- Review and sign off on intern clinical documentation, ensuring alignment with professional and ethical standards
- Provide constructive feedback and clinical guidance to interns, supporting their development and reinforcing quality of care
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director and team to uphold high clinical standards
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system (Valant)
What You Bring:
- Doctoral degree (PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Florida
- 5+ years of post-licensure experience working with a range of populations
- Prior experience mentoring or supporting pre-licensed clinicians
- Strong documentation and clinical judgment skills
- Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable using EHR systems
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
Compensation & Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $90/hour
- Expected Weekly Hours: 10
- Estimated Annual Income: $45,000 – $55,000
- Flexible scheduling with some remote options
